In 2016, Phil has returned to become the Head Coach of the Wanderers.
Coach McGarvey had been with the W since the '01 regeneration. He won 2 Maritime Bowls as HC and was awarded Coach of the Year during his '14 Campaign. He was also inducted into the Wanderers Hall of Fame in 2012.
