The Wanderers opened the scoring on a Jeff Gillies field goal and then added another point on a missed field goal attempt. Ross Britton would score the game’s only touchdown in the dying seconds of the first half with Gillies adding the convert.
The Gladiators would surrender a safety for the only scoring in the second half.
A steady rainfall hampered both team’s offences.
